1. About TeluguScreen

TeluguScreen is a post-OTT aggregator. We index and link to Telugu films available through publicly accessible third-party sources, exclusively after films have completed their theatrical run and official OTT exclusivity period. We do not host, upload, store, encode, or serve any video from our own servers.

2. Post-OTT Content Policy

All movies on TeluguScreen must have:

• Completed their theatrical release period
• Completed their OTT streaming exclusivity window
• Been publicly available through third-party platforms at time of indexing

If a rights holder believes a film is still within its exclusivity period, they may submit a DMCA notice and we will remove it within 48 hours. Any content found to violate AdSense or copyright policies is removed immediately upon discovery.

3. Permitted Use

TeluguScreen is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not: use the site commercially without written permission, scrape or copy our movie database, reproduce our branding, or interfere with site infrastructure.

4. Intellectual Property

All movie titles, posters, and related content belong to their respective studios and rights holders. TeluguScreen claims no ownership over any such content. Our website design and original written content are our property.

5. Third-Party Content

Movies stream from third-party servers. We are not responsible for: third-party content availability or quality, third-party privacy practices, or any harm arising from third-party content.

6. AdSense Compliance

We operate under Google AdSense Publisher Policies (ca-pub-3064682230209163). Any page found to violate AdSense policies — including serving ads alongside DMCA-flagged content — will have ads immediately disabled and content removed on that page. We review all AdSense policy notices within 24 hours.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

TeluguScreen is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, video quality, or accuracy of movie information.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeluguScreen is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of the site.

9. DMCA & Copyright

We respect intellectual property rights and respond within 48 hours to valid copyright complaints. See our DMCA page.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Telangana, India.
